Analyzing the Efficacy of Topical Ciprofloxacin Ear Drops vs. Oral Tablets and Topical Ciprofloxacin Ear Drops Together for the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM-Tubotympanic Type)

Background: A suppurative Middle ear infection is the most frequent kind of otitis externa in low-income regions world (CSOM). Suppurative media (CSOM-tubo tympanic type) affects both young and old alike. The condition has been treated using a wide range approaches. Objectives: purpose this study was to evaluate efficacy oral topical ciprofloxacin against drops alone treatment CSOM-tubo discharge. Methods: Randomization used our Patients with chronic were seen between September 2020 2021 at tertiary care hospital Peshawar. SPSS version 24 pathology lab data. Results: Overall, 75 patients included study's findings. They split themselves into two categories. There 38 people [group A] 37 [ group B]. each Group classified age groups, younger [ages 01–12] older (ages 13–60). (age 13-16 years). Patients' ages ranged from 1 12 years old, 28 [group-A] 72% 25 [group-B] 65%. Ten 27% thirteen (35%) B], sixteen (group B).
